The Sales Training department at ZOLL provides both classroom and online training covering a diverse range of disciplines, from New Hire Training to sales skills workshops; business skills to make you more efficient in your roles, through to management and leadership programs.

Between us, we bring almost a century of industry experience in the areas of sales, leadership and marketing ...(ouch!)... yet we remain young at heart!
- Ines Kottwitz - Sales Trainer ALS has a background in nursing and has since worked in both the Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices sectors. Ines has held roles in sales, sales training and marketing and came to us from J&J
- Adrian Waller - Sales Trainer Public Safety began his career in nursing and has been at ZOLL for over 20 years and has worked in both the ALS and Public Safety areas. In fact, Adrian established the Public Safety division for ZOLL in the UK. His wealth of knowledge of ZOLL and the product portfolio brings real depth to our trainings. Adrian is also an ordained minister and enjoys conducting services, christenings and weddings outside of ZOLL.
- Caroline Jiggins - Sales Training Manager is a medical technician by trade and prior to joining ZOLL, has worked in high value capital equipment sales, sales leadership and training for 35 years at companies such as Draeger Medical and Stryker.
